What this website collects

What you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your phone number if you add it, and your message.

The document checklist saves your ticks in your own browser. They never leave your device.

Visit counts

We count visits with hep.gg Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile of you. It records the page, the site you came from, an approximate location and your type of device. Your IP address is only used to estimate that location and is never stored.

There's no advertising on this site, and nothing that follows you around the web.

How your message is used

Your message is emailed to us so we can reply. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. To do that, Cloudflare may process technical details such as your IP address and browser.

When you become a client

The personal and tax information you share for your return is kept confidential and used only to prepare and file it with the Canada Revenue Agency.
